By building a collaborative UI for the budgeting and payment workflow, we enable architects and construction companies to get paid online.

As a part of Compa's engineering team, you collaborate with many different stakeholders (business, product, design, tech) to make architectural decisions and recommendations for converting successful prototypes into mature products
Since we are still in our early days, we rely on you to build and improve our product, architecture and engineering practices. You should enjoy making decisions and driving open tasks to an outcome for the company.
During our sprints, you will own initiatives, write code, resolve blockers and make sure you come to a great outcome for our customers. Therefore you will be thinking about our UX often and make it better.
