By building a collaborative UI for the budgeting and payment workflow, we enable architects and construction companies to get paid online.

As Compa's Head of Product you will take responsibility for shipping products with high user engagement and retention. With our founders, you will define relevant KPIs and build / ship a roadmap to achieve our product goals.
Our process for discovery and delivery needs rework by a product thought leader. You will have to work on a scalable setup to reach the defined goals with your team. This also gives you the ability to grow your team how you see fit. Defining, winning and retaining product talent should excite you.
Our Head of Engineering and you will make sure that product and tech work as one team to ship as efficiently as possible. You will help to enable engineering.
We believe in hands-on leadership, you will be happy at Compa if you enjoy hands-on work (e.g. talking to customers for a discovery, writing a ticket to unblock engineers, etc.) with your team.
