Payments for construction projects did not change for decades: long email chains, a collection of excel sheets to track orders / payments, PDF invoices and manual money transactions.
By building a collaborative UI for the budgeting and payment workflow, we enable architects and construction companies to get paid online.

You will own a two-sided mission and define how we
To achieve this mission, you will build our talent brand from scratch with our founders and early team members. Furthermore, you will set-up a structured hiring process to make sure we are able to identify and win great team members.
You will define how we work as a company and implement structures for improving as teams e.g. how we give feedback, how will we build teams.
Since we started in March 2020, we are putting together a team of hands-on problem solvers and entrepreneurs. None of us had deep knowledge about construction, but at Compa, everyone is deeply curious to unpack a complex industry.
