A 21st-century payment experience for construction payments.

Payments for construction projects did not change for decades: long email chains, a collection of excel sheets to track orders / payments, PDF invoices and manual money transactions.

By building a collaborative UI for the budgeting and payment workflow, we enable architects and construction companies to get paid online.

Joining our team means building a product you probably never thought of and no one dared to build before us. But, if done right, we will modernize a € 2.000 Billion industry vertical.

Your Mission

• You will onboard new users, keep up engagement and customer satisfaction.
• You will build strong, trust-based relationships with our users within the DACH region.
• You enable our users to take the most out of Compa. If they succeed, you succeed.
• You will gather user feedback, help our product team understand user needs and manage user expectations as our product matures.

Your Profile

• Fluency in German is a must, most of our users prefer to speak German.
• 2+ years of experience in customer services, project management, consulting or account management, B2B SaaS experience preferable.
• You have a positive attitude and are confident and empathetic while approach customers.
• You have strong customer facing and presentation skills.

The Team

Since we started in March 2020, we are putting together a team of hands-on problem solvers and entrepreneurs. None of us had deep knowledge about construction, but at Compa, everyone is deeply curious to unpack a complex industry.

Our Austrian founders have been best friends since high school and have started businesses before. With a background in B2B payments, they set out to tackle one of the biggest B2B payment industries there is - construction.
